As a U.S. Air Force veteran and former Licensed Vocational Nurse, my path toward natural health began in 2004, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. After some mind-boggling experiences that shook my understanding of health and healing, I took charge and embraced safe, gentle, yet highly effective natural medicines for my family’s well-being. And guess what? I never looked back!
Now, as I approach my 50th year circling the sun, I’m on a mission to help amazing women like you navigate your midlife years looking and feeling your absolute best. Believe me, these should be the most incredible years of your life!
